MCRHC-Stacyville Clinic is located at 411 Broad Street. The clinic is open two days a week; Monday and Wednesday. Appointments are encouraged. Outside of regular office hours, you can call the MCRHC-St. Ansgar Clinic at 641.736.4401 or toll free at 866.627.4281 and specify you would like to make an appointment for the Stacyville Clinic.
