Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital
At Ellsworth Municipal Hospital, our Cardio-Pulmonary department
is designed to help people with Coronary Artery Disease and people
who may have breathing difficulties. Our staff at EMH understands
the difficulties and life changes that coronary heart disease and
breathing problems may cause. The staff will help individuals improve
their quality of life through emotional support, exercise and education.
With the staff's guidance, participants have improved their lives.
Sessions include one hour of exercise three times per week and
one hour of education one day per week. Family members are encouraged
to attend and participate in educational sessions.
