At EMH, our fitness center is constantly being updated with state of the art cardiovascular and resistance training equipment. Our facility successfully blends traditional fitness with preventative care-so whether you are looking to tone muscle, lose a few pounds, keep your heart and lungs in shape, recover from a heart episode, or continue what you started in physical therapy-we have the equipment and staffing that is right for you.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday

5:00 AM-6:00 PM

***Due to Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation appointments, the general public is asked NOT to use the fitness center between the hours of 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

FITNESS ROOM FEES:

Single Monthly Membership Single 3 Month Membership	$25.00 $60.00
Member & Spouse Monthly Membership Member & Spouse 3 Month Membership	$30.00 $75.00
Children less than 16 years of age (require a physician order)	$5.00/month
Children 18 years or older	$25.00/month
Punch Card (9 Sessions)	$20.00

To join the Ellsworth Municipal Hospital Fitness Center, simply stop by, take a tour, and decide which membership category is best for you.
