Iowa Falls Clinic Spotlight On Management“It is the great staff and physicians that I work with who make my job rewarding,” says Darla Nederhoff, manager for the Iowa Falls, Ackley Clinics and EMH Surgery Clinics. Darla has been a Mercy employee for 18 years, and she has managed the clinics for 10 of those years. Her duties include day-to-day operations, budgeting, compiling monthly financial data, scheduling, employee evaluations, making sure the clinics are compliant based on mandated rules and regulations and keeping everyone happy! “ Darla and her husband, Kent, live in rural Wellsburg and have two children: Taylor, who is a freshman at Simpson, and Shelbi, a 7th-grader at AGWSR. In her spare time she enjoys basketball games at Simpson and AGWSR, walking, spending time with friends and family, and shopping! Thanks for all you do to Care for People in Special Ways, Darla! |
