Employees of Regional Health Services of Howard County are the recipients of a “Journey to Improvement Award” received from Press Ganey for a statistically significant increase in overall inpatient survey score and for everyone’s good work. RHSHC measures and monitors service by soliciting patient feedback surveys via mail. Survey responses are confidential, as they are tabulated by Press Ganey, a private research firm. The combined results of survey responses help us make positive changes to our services, processes and facilities.
