Mitchell County Regional Health Center is dedicated to exceeding your expectations in regards to quality and safety. Both Administration and Medical Staff lead an effective, organization-wide program for quality improvement and patient safety. In order to improve quality of care and maintain patient safety MCRHC participates in measurement, assessment and improvement of processes using data collection.
Patient Satisfaction A portion of the data collected includes patient satisfaction surveys. Samplings of patients are surveyed after receiving care at MCRHC. Surveys are sent on behalf of every patient-centered department throughout MCRHC. If you receive a survey, MCRHC encourages you to complete and return the survey in order for changes and improvements to be made effecting patient care. All surveys are returned to a third party and remain confidential. Your comments or concerns assist MCRHC in making facility-wide changes in services, improvements and processes.
Patient Safety Patient safety is defined as providing reliable, effective care to prevent harm, injury, and preventable death to all patients in our organization. Every patient has the right to expect that their care will be appropriately provided in a safe manner by competent staff in a safe environment. Your care and safety are our priority.
