Grilled Marinated Turkey London Broil Recipe

A mellow beer marinade is spiced up with lively fresh ginger in this easy London broil. Use this flavorful marinade before grilling beef, chicken or pork too.

Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 Tbsp grated ginger or ginger juice
    • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
    • 6 oz beer (half bottle)
    • 2 1/2 lb turkey breast

Preparation

    • In a large, shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except turkey breast. Add turkey breast and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours.
    • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill turkey 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
