Meet Adriana Sikyta, Physician Assistant
Regional Health Services of Howard County (RHSHC) is very pleased to announce that Adriana Sikyta (pronounced sick-it-uh), MPAS, PA-C is the newest provider in the Cresco Medical Clinic and RHSHC Emergency Room. Her start date with RHSHC was November 28th, and she is spending her first weeks transitioning into the clinic and emergency room. “We are very excited to add Adriana to our staff as we feel she will be a great fit with our medical staff and our community,” said Bridget Strand, RHSHC Vice President of Clinic Services.
Adriana comes to us from Wright Medical Center in Clarion, Iowa, where she has been working the last few years. Before coming to Iowa, her professional background was in an emergency room in South Carolina. Adriana received her BS in Health Sciences and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. She has clinical interests in treating workers' compensation injuries efficiently to reduce lost work time, treating acute illnesses, as well as providing preventative medicine.
Adriana and her husband, Jason, have three children: Katy, Athan and Ashley. Her family enjoys playing cards, board and video games, and she and Jason are avid Nebraska Huskers football fans. Adriana said, “We are very excited to be moving to Cresco. It is a beautiful area, and we are very impressed with the community.”
